Individual preference mapping

Self awareness is a gift.

There is a moment in everyone’s life when they become aware of how they behave, their innate preferences, their patterns and habits.

There is another moment in some people’s life, when they understand how their behaviour impacts the lives of everyone else in the world.

Businesses know this but the options available to assist team members in their voyage of self and team discovery are often formulaic, time consuming and uninspiring.

Typically one or two day courses to cover one tool or approach – Insights, Myers Briggs, Emotional Intelligence. But we know that the power in self discovery comes from piecing together the whole profile.

Our solution is a simple multi faceted one day experience.

We cover 4-5 assessments in one day, explaining the key elements of each and providing the individual with a simple personal one pager on each report for them to retain and reflect on and share with anyone or no-one.

5 assessments provide a holistic view of the individual, and form the basis of developing high performing teams.

Overview of the tests…
